The intelligent fracturing command shelter realizes remote and centralized intelligent control of fracturing, sand mixing, pumping and manifold systems.
With optimized and upgraded design, the extendable support legs can be lifted up to 1.5 meters for convenient hoisting and transportation. The shelter has a standard size of 10m (L) × 3m (W) × 3m (H), and its total width reaches 5.8 meters after double-sided expansion. The floor is upgraded with a lifting sealing structure, providing stronger dustproof, waterproof performance and higher sealing reliability.
It is equipped with a dual-voltage diesel generator, an AI intelligent inspection UAV, and a solar photovoltaic power generation system that continuously charges the battery pack. Even in the event of an external power failure, the control system can operate stably for 2 consecutive hours.

As the industry’s first instrument shelter in China with dual-sided large expansion and deep layout, the integrated fracturing command shelter is known as the “Space Capsule” for intelligent fracturing command. It can operate normally in an extreme temperature range from -35°C to 55°C.
